Parallelism With Pronouns

Till now I expect that you may be  pretty comfortable with the pronouns. Pronouns are everywhere. You cannot run away from them. pronouns such as which, that, those, who etc are always used.

Remember: If in the sentence one particular pronoun is mention than you should use that pronoun in every part to make the similar pattern in a sentence.

For Example:

Incorrect: I prefer to take employees WHO work hard to those THAT don’t
Correct : I prefer to take employees WHO work hard to those WHO don’t

Pronouns are always been used to make sentences parallel. Like:

Incorrect: Ramya likes a variety of people, including THOSE WHO are popular and WHO are not.
Correct:  Ramya likes a variety of people, including THOSE WHO are popular and THOSE WHO are not.
